For residents of Ashburn, the Loudoun Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America (LCC-IWLA) provides an oasis for outdoorsmen to take part in such activities. IBEP Class In Leesburg

International Bowhunter Education Program (IBEP)

This is an invitation to anyone interested in attending the next local International Bowhunter Education Program (IBEP) course. Below is the information for the event that will be held on April 10th from 8:00am – 5:00pm at the Loudoun IWLA near Leesburg. The cost is free and will be the only course in the area until Ft.
